Damaged or Expired Items

If your order arrives with items that are damaged or expired, we are happy to offer a free replacement of those items under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographic evidence must be provided showing the damage or expiration date.

• The damage must be the result of shipping or an error on our part (e.g., sending expired products).

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement items.
